Gluten free donuts
Colorful donuts made with any and all produce puree.
Ingredients
- 200g GF flour
- 26g baking powder
- 190g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100g sour cream
- 185g fruit or vegetable puree (cherry, spinach, pumpkin, beet, etc.)
Recipe

Combine dry ingredients.

Whisk eggs. Combine wet ingredients.

Fold dry ingredients into wet, careful not to overmix.

Pour batter into piping bag with nozzle inserted.

Pipe into hot donut iron.

Bake for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute.

Makes ~18 donuts.
