Gluten free donuts

Colorful donuts made with any and all produce puree.

Ingredients

Recipe

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Whisk eggs. Combine wet ingredients.

  3. Fold dry ingredients into wet, careful not to overmix.

  4. Pour batter into piping bag with nozzle inserted.

  5. Pipe into hot donut iron.

  6. Bake for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute.

  7. Makes ~18 donuts.
